We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance for weekday appointments and 1-2 weeks ahead for weekend visits. For special packages or groups, please contact us 2 weeks prior.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

While we welcome walk-ins when availability permits, we highly recommend advance reservations to ensure your preferred time and treatment.

Guests must be 16 years or older to access our spa facilities. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Moc Huong Wellness is a full-service venue that caters to HCMC's upscale local and expat communities. From body massage (Hawaiian, Thai, Shiatsu, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Four-Hands, and our signature Moc Huong Body Treatment) to foot treatments and facials, we have it all.

Moc Huong Wellness offers convenient and helpful facilities such as saunas, steam rooms, and showers in separate locker rooms for men and women. There is always an extra 30 minutes free to enjoy the facility. The atmosphere is always pleasant, with soothing music playing and healthy foods and beverages available. Jacuzzis are provided only at Moc Huong Gallery Wellness.

Moc Huong Wellness is a licensed spa that can accommodate both male and female clients. We provide private changing rooms and conduct treatments in separate areas to ensure our clients' privacy at all times.

VIP rooms are complimentary for clients with a VIP plus card; other clients will be charged an additional 30% fee for enjoying the treatment in VIP rooms. We offer a one-year VIP card that entitles you to a 10% discount on all services when you make a reservation in advance. VIP plus clients will receive a 15% discount and a complimentary VIP room.

Collect one stamp for every treatment at Moc Huong Wellness. After 9 treatments, you receive your 10th treatment free.

Gift vouchers can be purchased as gifts for friends and loved ones; treat them to a relaxing treatment at a beautiful spa. There is a daily promotion in which if you buy 10 vouchers (of the same value), you will receive two more for free.

We provide traditional Japanese yukata robes and slippers for all guests. You'll be asked to change upon arrival. Please wear comfortable undergarments, though disposable options are available.

Certain treatments are modified for expectant mothers. Please inform us when booking if you are pregnant, and our therapists will customize your experience accordingly.

Yes, you can request a preferred therapist when booking. We'll do our best to accommodate your preference based on their availability.

Our therapists are trained in traditional Japanese techniques, and we use products sourced directly from Japan including hinoki oil, Japanese rice bran, camellia oil, and matcha.

Moc Huong Wellness accepts cash in Viet Nam Dong or US Dollars (exchange rate updated monthly), as well as a variety of debit and credit cards from American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.

All menu prices exclude VAT and service charges (10% for Moc Huong Wellness Thao Dien and Moc Huong Wellness In White, and 15% for Moc Huong Gallery Wellness).

All treatments include access to our relaxation lounge, herbal tea service, traditional Japanese snacks, and changing facilities with lockers. Onsen access is included with certain packages.

Our onsen baths have separate areas for men and women, following traditional Japanese customs. Private treatment rooms and couples' facilities are also available.

Yes, we offer complimentary valet parking for all guests. Underground self-parking is also available at ¥500 per hour.

Yes, our boutique carries all the Japanese skincare products and aromatherapy items used in our treatments, as well as traditional Japanese wellness items.

Reservations can be made via website, Facebook, WhatsApp, or phone. Website bookings cannot be made within 24 hours. Bookings by phone are advised during weekends and public holidays. To ensure you maximize your experience, please come 15 minutes early and enjoy our steam and sauna.

Moc Huong Wellness will provide you with spa clothing to ensure that you have a comfortable treatment; additionally, our locker rooms have showers, steam rooms, saunas, sandals, and basic toiletries. If this is your first visit, please ask for more information.

Do not hesitate to ask for either a male or female therapist. We offer both subject to availability at time of your reservation. If you have a favourite therapist from a previous visit, please request for them, a nominal surcharge of VND 30,000 will apply.

If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book for an appointment. There may be treatments that are not suitable for your condition. It is also possible that we recommend a treatment that can help you.

Moc Huong Wellness provides individual lockers for your valuables. Your valuable property should be kept in the safe box, please ask the receptionist or manager to advise. We cannot take responsibility for any loss that may occur while at the spa if precautions are not followed.

We follow strict Japanese onsen traditions of cleanliness. All linens are sanitized, treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned between guests, and our onsen baths use continuously filtered mineral water.

Unlike traditional Japanese onsen, we welcome guests with tattoos. We embrace the diversity of our international clientele while honoring Japanese wellness traditions.
